All cu888 accounts are denominated exclusively in IDR. cu888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by a Member's payment provider is the Member's sole responsibility and at the Member's cost.
cu888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Rollover requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Only wagers placed on games explicitly listed as eligible for rollover contribution will count toward satisfying the requirement. Wagers placed on excluded games will not contribute, and placing such wagers while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

During a suspension, the Member will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.
Following investigation of a suspended account, cu888 may elect to permanently close the account. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these terms, cu888 reserves the right to forfeit the Member's entire balance. In cases involving lesser infractions, cu888 will return the Member's real-money balance (net of any voided Bonus Funds) to the payment method on file, subject to KYC verification.
Members may request closure of their cu888 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, the Member must withdraw all available real-money balance. Any unclaimed Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.
